CHA Family Development Altgeld Gardens & Murray Homes, Chicago, IL
Contract Amount:   $300 Million
Project Description:   Development (1,998 units) scheduled for completion 1st Quarter, 2012. It is a simultaneous construction renovation development creating a more community friendly landscape and streetscape.  The combined projects (Altgeld Gardens and Murray Homes) include roughly 225 buildings, 1,998 dwelling units over 17 block groups within 190 acres. It is the most self-contained and comprehensive public housing development ever constructed in Chicago.  Phillip Murray Phase II was submitted by Walsh Construction as an entry in the Chicago Building Congress 2008 Merit Awards under the "Rehab Construction" category.
 
The New Kennedy King College, Chicago, IL 
Contract Amount:   $198 Million 
Project Description:   Coordination, management and monitoring of all aspects of the construction and quality control of six college campus buildings. Academic Building, Applied Sciences Building, Athletics and student Services Building, Culinary School and Theater Building (WYCC/WKKC STUDIOS), and Daycare Building,Library.
 
Chicago International Charter Schools (CICS), Chicago, IL
Contract Amount:   $5.2 Million 
Project Description:   Design / Build school renovation construction with Wight & Company. Responsible for ADA code compliance, bid management, contract management,  monitoring, scheduling, monthly payments, construction, quality control, and closeout. 
 
Wentworth Gardens, Chicago, IL 
Contract Amount:    $32.7 Million 
Project Description:   CHA family development (344 units) scheduled for completion 4th Quarter, 2006. It is a phased renovation development that decreases density on site from 433 units via demolition of several onsite buildings creating a more community friendly landscape and streetscape. 
 
CHA Senior Housing Development, Chicago, IL 
Contract Amount:    $106,063,006 
Project Description:   Provide professional observation, oversight, documentation, construction consulting, coordination and management required to represent the Chicago Housing Authority’s interests to accomplish design and construction work to fulfill its Plan for Transformation. 
 
O’Hare Airport QA/QC Subcontractor, Chicago, IL 
Contract Amount:   $1 Million 
Project Description:   Oversaw the testing, installation and finishing of concrete at O’Hare airport in the gate areas for several terminals and taxiways. Coordinated and organized QA/QC reports from the data gathered from the testing of both the soil and concrete work performed by Rossi Contractors Inc.
